When purchasing Ammunition YOU MUST SELECT GROUND SERVICE as we must follow the Guidelines for shipping hazardous materials and no faster service will be available.
– Orders that request shipments to PO Boxes and/or shipping method other than GROUND will be cancelled and a 5% fee of the product total will be
charged to recover processing fees with our merchant services and will be deducted from your refund.

ALL Ammunition shipments will be sent Signature Required to verify delivery and limit theft .

TERMS:
All terms are credit card. All balances must be paid by credit card only unless prior arrangements have been made.
Special orders are required to be pre-paid in full at time of order including shipping or freight charges. Returns on
special ordered items will not be accepted. Any account that is put in for collections of payment will have a
50% service charge added to the invoice total to cover any and alll debt collection agency costs.
We are a small company that incurs processing fees through our merchant services based on the entire amount as well the shipping fees we cannot recover.

Currently the following jurisdictions have restrictions on purchasing of “mail ordered” ammunition.
Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York and Washington D.C.
*We WILL NOT SHIP TO: Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. Hardball Ballistics, LLC WILL NOT SHIP Ammunition INTERNATIONALLY.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Ammunition generally is shipped to the billing address of the registered Credit Card holder. It can only be shipped to a residence or commercial location
indicated during the checkout process where the delivery driver can obtain an adult signature.
PO BOXES are NOT PERMITTED.
How much is it going to cost to ship ammunition to me?
All shipping of loaded ammunition must be handled via Ground service.
USPS is not a permitted carrier of loaded ammunition.
Costs depend on the distance to your actual location from our operations here in Pennsylvania. Ammunition is of course heavy, and this is the primary reason it costs more.
Why is Ground shipping the only accepted method for ammunition?
Small arms ammunition is classified as “ORM” or “Other Regulated Materials” by the Dept. of Transportation and as such, ground transportation is required.
RETURNS:
AMMUNITION – All sales are final. Once Ammunition leaves our facility it can not be returned or exchanged. There are NO RETURNS for LOADED AMMUNITION!
PARTS & MERCHANDISE –
Returns are accepted only within 30 days of purchase date. NO returns or adjustments will be made on goods returned after 30 days from
the date of shipment from Hardball Ballistics, LLC or any of it’s vendors.
– You must contact Sales@hardballballistics.com to request an RMA# (Return Material Authorization) for your return.
– Items are accepted only if returned in original packaging and in unused condition.
– Any signs of wear, improper installation or modified condition void any such refund.
– Once received an associate will determine the condition and present refund less 10% restocking fee.
– Customer is responsible for All shipping related costs.
* If you ordered ammunition in the same order DO NOT INCLUDE AMMO in the packaging as it will not be accepted as per the above mentioned policy.
* * * Ammunition received will not be returned or refunded.
Only non-ammunition related items may be returned.
